Developed in collaboration with the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest (CISSMO), the Je tisse des liens gagnants (JTLG) program offers intensive support to parents and teenagers living in vulnerable or neglectful situations that may compromise adults' ability to adequately meet the needs of young people.
The program aims to:
- Strengthen parenting skills to help parents better meet their children's needs.
- Reduce risk factors that harm the well-being of young people or increase the risk of harm.
- Promote the integration of families into their community by building connections and mobilizing available resources.
- Support the social and emotional development of teenagers, including their ability to recognize and express their emotions and to connect with others.
Through this close collaboration with the CISSMO, JTLG helps families create a safer, more stable environment that fosters the well-being of young people.
